Lying on the mat and pillow visibly reduces her tightness and I can watch her muscles just sink and relax into the mat. After 15 minutes, she is calmer and says that her back feels great.

Affordable and great compact design. Powers up quickly and is there when you need to recharge. I recommend this over the more expensive brands.
